Wynyard Care Centre (Tasmania) is part of the Synovum Care Group and is home to 70 residents and specialises in providing creative solutions for complex needs to deliver as normal a life as possible. This includes caring for people living with a diagnosis of dementia.
We are looking to build our team with an experienced Registered Nurse and we are looking for people with a commitment to relationship based care.
Permanent shifts available for immediate start.
RN
The main responsibilities of the RN role are to:
- Understand and promote clinical care as part of a person's needs;
- Provide the highest levels of clinical care.
To be successful in the RN role you will need:
- Current Nurses Registration;
- A Satisfactory Criminal History Check;
- A genuine passion for working in aged care;
- Knowledge and skills in Dementia, Palliative and Complex Care;
- Experience in care management plans and coordination of quality aged resident care;
- Computer literacy and excellent communication skills;
- Experience in aged care will be highly regarded.
