KEY SELECTION CRITERIA:

Relevant professional qualifications or equivalent experience within the drug and alcohol treatment
Current NSW Driver's license
Demonstrated knowledge of Child Protection legislation
Demonstrated case management experience
Group facilitation and counselling skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Knowledge of key issues related to working with women within a complex residential AOD service
Ability to work cooperatively within a multidisciplinary team
Experience working within a DBT framework
Being a woman is an EEO requirement

CONDITIONS:

Salary as per Modern award. 38 hour week/ rotating roster including weekends and 10 hour night shifts. Salary packaging available.
