Customer Focus
Delivery of excellent customer service through adopting good interpersonal skills with customers at every stage of the customer journey.
Answer telephone calls promptly, dealing with customer enquires in a professional and appropriate manner.Communicate professionally and effectively through both verbal and written customer
interaction;
Approach customers promptly, whether they are browsing or waiting for help following an exam.
Work closely with optometrists to ensure each customer experience is consistent and a quality 3-way handover is completed. Ensure each customer experience is consistent and delivered to a high standard.
Encourage sales growth through customer relationships including supporting promotion of marketing initiatives and leafleting. Ensure all dispensing retail areas are clean and tidiness is maintained at all times.
