Family Health Medical Group are looking at adding another Nurse to our team. We are an expanding practice with increasing patient demand now seeking a Casual Registered Nurse for ongoing work between our four practices located in the Northern and North Eastern suburbs, all within a reasonable distance from one another.

Across our four locations we have a large team of highly trained GP's and Nurses. Working alongside them are a wide range of Allied Health specialties including Physiotherapists, Podiatrists, Psychologists, Exercise Physiologists and visiting specialists.  Our busy, modern practices are fully computerised and provide outstanding patient outcomes.

Reporting directly to the Clinical Lead and Practice Manager, this position will be responsible for providing a broad range of services including but not limited to:

• Patient Triage
• Emergency Care
• Treatment Room management and GP support
• Health Assessments
• Chronic Disease Management
• Assisting with minor procedures
• Phlebotomy
• Monitoring & maintaining stock levels
• Vaccinations / immunisations
• General administration duties including recalls and reminders

You will require the following:

Previous experience in a general practice setting is an essential requirement

Self motivation with the ability to manage your own workload with limited supervision and meet our high standards.

Available to cover sick leave and annual leave

A friendly personality and excellent interpersonal skills

Police Check and evidence of registration
