As one of our Specialist Reps, you are responsible for maximizing sales of a key Novartis product focusing on the treatment of Multiple Sclerosis. You will deliver high-value customer service and full coverage of all targeted physicians and healthcare professionals in the Neuroscience area.

In this 12-month fixed term contract, you will:

  • Deliver superior sales presentations by planning specific objectives; maintaining the customer’s interest; overcoming objections positively; reframing product features into customer benefits and the competent use of relevant literature
  • Create and execute business plans with a focus on key account management, patient centric and customer focused programs, in collaboration with marketing and medical colleagues
  • Maintain an enhanced knowledge of products, company developments, customers and competitors
  • Collaborate with the wider sales and marketing team to share customer insights, sales analysis, and market share reporting
  • Deliver relevant information from visits back to the marketing or clinical research departments, as well as prompt reporting of adverse events to the regulatory department 

The territory covers NSW South, down the Coast and across to Canberra.

About You:

The ideal candidate has proven results in a sales role within the Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, FMCG, or other similar industry. You are very customer focused and are happy in an account management role when you can consistently add value. You’re positive, engaged, and driven to succeed. Customers respect you and look forward to your visits, and you frequently go above and beyond to develop that relationship.
