Although we are a large Pharmacy group we still operate with the same family-business values as when we first began trade.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, aspiring and customer focused Pharmacist to join our ever growing and well-loved family business. In this fast paced, multifaceted role, you are required to perform tasks to the standards set by The Pharmacy Board of Australia, The Pharmacy Guild and QCPP. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and must be able to work accordingly with the fast demands of our customers and community. We have Full AND Part Time employement opportunities available!

Responsibilities:

• Day to day management of store, dispensary and team operations
• Professional patient counselling and provide complete patient care solutions including the use of prescriptions and other over-the-counter medicines as necessary
• Accurate and efficient dispensing of prescriptions using our in-house Dispensing software MyScripts
• Supervise Intern Pharmacist, Student Pharmacists and Dispensary Assistants
• Dispensary inventory management and order processing
• Ensure that professional knowledge in relation to medications, usage, dosage and side effects remains up to date
• Support and grow new business strategies
• Adhere and comply with all company policies and procedures

Skills & Experience:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and organisational skills
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Great skills working with computers and other software
• Dedicated work ethic and a strong team player
• Solid business acumen and eye for perfection
