Bellarine Community Health (BCH) are seeking an experienced Child Psychologist to work within the Child Health & Development Team to provide evidence based assessment, treatment and intervention services to children between 0-12 years. A high percentage of children present with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

Key requirements:

  • Approved post graduate qualification in psychology (masters or doctorate)
  • Current full registration as a Psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia via the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Demonstrated knowledge, understanding and experience in the current child developmental psychology theory and practice
  • Demonstrated experience in the assessment, formulation, and treatment of children with a wide range of presenting concerns, in accordance with the principles of person and family centred practice
  • Current Victoria Drivers License
  • National Police Check / Working with Children's Check (WWCC)

Bellarine Community Health is a major provider of primary health services to the Bellarine Peninsula. They operate from five health centres in Drysdale, Ocean Grove, Point Lonsdale and Portarlington.
