We are currently recruiting for one of our much-loved clients who have multiple clinics across the western suburbs of Melbourne. They are currently looking for an experienced Receptionist to join their professional team.
  
With an immediate start, this position offers diversity, opportunity and a fun, vibrant culture.  You will be based in the Werribee area and have the chance to work with leading specialist practitioners on a temp to perm basis.
  
You will commence as a casual employee with the opportunity to transition to permanent after approximately 3 months.  Our client offers outstanding training and development in state of the art premises and a friendly team who are always willing to help.
  
You will be patient focused with a strong commitment to providing first-class care and service. Ideally, you will possess a flexible nature with the willingness to go the extra mile. Our client believes strongly in respectful relationships, so your friendly, personable demeanour will be highly valued.
  
The role:

• General administration
• Meet/greet patients
• Patient Billing
• Process payment (cash, EFT)
• Booking patient appointments
• Support the Specialists with ad hoc administration tasks

Key Selection Criteria:

• Knowledge of the Medicare rebate system
• Ability to multi-task
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts
• Medical Centre experience required
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to learn new systems quickly / Excellent computer skills
