Medacs Healthcare are currently looking for a registered mental health nurse to work in the community for a qld local health district in North Queensland. This is an amazing opportunity to be part of a community team. The position is ideal for an experienced registered psychiatric nurse who can provide a high standard of psychiatric clinical practice.
You will be part of the multidisciplinary community mental health team providing acute assessment, intervention, and response to meet the needs of the community sector and primary care partners when they encounter acute care problems.
The nurse must have the following skills/experience:
- Minimum of 2 years within Mental Health
- Managed caseloads - carried out assessments
- Worked within a community setting
All nursing staff put forward for our consideration must have:
- A current up to date CV
- Police check - Australian
- 2 references within the last 12 months- relevant to the applied position
- All other mandatory recruitment documentations
