The role of Clinical Nurse Educator consists of but is not limited to the following. Implement and evaluate clinical education programs and in services for nursing staff including newly registered/ enrolled nurses, nurses transitioning to clinical specialties. 

Identify individual learning needs of nursing staff in consultation with the staff member, Nursing Unit Manager (NUM) and other key clinical support nurses, in order to support individual learning plans. Develop and maintain clinical education resources and utilise evidence based learning in clinical education.

Offer:
- NSW award rate plus annual allowance 
- Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm
- Temporary accommodation if needed
- Commitment to career progression
- Sydney or West NSW location
- Permanent full time or 12 month contract

Criteria:
- AHPRA registration
- Hold a relevant clinical or education post registration qualification
- Clinical experience across a range of healthcare specialties within a hospital/ community health/ ambulatory setting 
- Demonstrated clinical teaching and facilitation skills 
- Excellent Written and Verbal communication Skills
- Demonstrated experience in the design and delivery of education programs to both staff and patients
