Your new company
An exciting Clinical Research Associate job has become available for an experienced CRA; this role can be based anywhere in Australia and will be based with a global CRO company, outsourced to an established pharmaceutical company. Due to continued expansion this is a newly created role. You will be joining a dedicated team with excellent management who place individual employee career development at the heart of what they do.
Your new role
You will represent the CRO in conducting the full breadth of CRA responsibilities. Acting as a direct point of contact for the CRO at clinical sites, you will be responsible for conducting all clinical monitoring and site management activities. You will be expected to work in accordance with applicable SOPs, ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements. In this diverse role, you may also act as a mentor for other members of the clinical research team. You will be supported to advance your career. This role requires an organized, agile and hardworking self-starter with a background in clinical research.
What you need to succeed
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 12-18 months independent monitoring experience as a CRA combined with a tertiary qualification in a life science or healthcare discipline. Local experience of Australian clinical trials is required. Strong administration experience in the clinical research industry would be highly regarded. Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal English is a prerequisite.
