CPAP Victoria Therapy Consultant - Northern area of Melbourne
CPAP Victoria is a leading provider of professional Snoring and Sleep Apnoea services to support a network of patients in Victoria. In only 7 years we have grown to 8 locations and now employ 33 qualified CPAP consultants across Victoria.
This role will place you in a fun and dynamic environment with the main objective, improving the quality of life for people affected by chronic snoring and obstructive sleep apnoea. Our clinics are now in need of extra CPAP consultants to help us keep up with our growing number CPAP patients and appointments.
We are seeking an individual who has the skills and passion for delivering high quality customer service to patients in a professional caring environment. You will be working closely with the Clinic Manager/Owner. Your primary responsibility will be to provide specialised CPAP therapy equipment and ongoing support services to patients in our new clinic.
Responsibilities include:
• Provide dedicated services for Sleep patients both face to face & over the telephone
• Provide CPAP set-ups, on-going service and equipment according to a Physician's prescription
• Report to referring physicians, hospitals and medical service providers to ensure appropriate provision of products and services to patients
• Conduct the sale of new or additional products and services
• Work with your manager to ensure stock levels are maintain appropriately
• Maintain clinic equipment
• Process on-line orders, invoice completed invoices and general admin filing
• Maintain a presentable clinic and consulting area

Desirable Qualifications and Qualities
• Previous experience working within a sleep related role and or with Sleep studies is preferred however not essential for applicants
• Qualification in a Health, Science or Sales/Marketing would be highly considered
• A compassionate and highly professional approach towards working with patients is essential.
• This position is ideal for Sleep/CPAP technicians, Pharmacy assistants, pharmacy professional service consultants and medical sales representatives.
