Prosthesis Category Manager Employment Type: Permanent Full Time Position Classification: Nurse Manager Grade 3 Remuneration: $118,257.51 - $120,454.23 per annum Hours Per Week: 38 Requisition ID: REQ53190 Where you'll be working Western Sydney Local Health District (WSLHD) is responsible for providing primary and secondary health care for people living in the Auburn, Blacktown, and The Hills Shire, Holroyd and Parramatta Local Government Areas (LGAs) and tertiary care to residents of the Greater Western Region. What you'll be doing Lead the systems and processes for prosthesis procurement e.g. rebate schemes and contracts, across WSLHD. Optimise prosthesis opportunities to achieve improvements in quality, safety, and efficiency. Essential Criteria: Vaccination: Category A Checks: National Criminal Record Check and Working with Children Check Registration: Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) Selection Criteria: Advanced communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to consult, negotiate, influence and liaise effectively with people at all levels of the organisation Ability to analyse and solve complex challenges / problems, including option appraisals Experience in critical literature evaluation, change management, research and quality assurance activities Good understanding of financial management and contract management Relevant post-graduate qualifications in management, business, commerce, accounting; or evidence of significant professional experience in a similar role. Understanding of supply chain activities and how systems should support them, so as to be able to act as business owner of processes related to prosthesis procurement Need more information?
