What you'll be doing The Transitional Aged Care Program and Community Based Rehabilitation for the Elderly (TACP/CBRE) Manager is responsible for operational management of frontline community clinical services across Western Sydney Local Health District. The Manager will: - Oversee the governance, management and administration of the clinical community teams offered by TACP and CBRE Teams - Monitor and report on operations and performance, providing oversight of clinical governance processes within quality and risk management frameworks. - Pursue the optimal performance of the program through strategic alliances and collaboration with relevant stakeholders including consumers, health services, other government departments/agencies and private and non-government organisations People with disabilities who meet the selection criteria are encouraged to apply; and where required, WSLHD will implement reasonable adjustment consistent with industry standard. Essential Criteria Vaccination Category: A Checks: Aged Care Check License: Current NSW Drivers Licence Qualification: Tertiary qualifications in a relevant health and/or health management discipline including experience with ACAT and/or TACP (or equivalent experience). Selection Criteria Demonstrated clinical service leadership experience in management and supervision of staff Demonstrated ability to manage a team, with the capacity to problem solve, take initiative, organise and manage competing priorities, while meeting deadlines. Demonstrated experience in service planning, development and reporting systems Excellence in communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate, delegate, consult and negotiate effectively with staff, managers, and internal and external stakeholders.
