The Opportunity

As a Coordinator, reporting to the Manager (Clinical Services - Brisbane South), you will be responsible for the overall management and delivery of BFF services, across Queensland, in Cairns, Townsville, the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane North, Brisbane South and surrounding areas. The role will include support for BFF Family Counsellors located in each of the service sites, service planning and delivery, event coordination, key stakeholder engagement, referral pathway design, data collection, outcomes measurement, contract management and reporting.

The role will also include:

  • Coordinate and implement training in a Family Inclusive Practice to be provided by Insight/Dovetail/QAIHC for all BFF Family Counsellors.
  • Coordinate the overall planning and delivery of the BFF program, both locally and regionally, in collaboration with the BFF Family Counsellors.
  • Liaise with local Team Leaders in each service to ensure they are continuously updated regarding the program and scheduling of BFF travel, time and service delivery.
  • Coordinate the scheduling of the BFF Family Counsellor's travel and activities.
  • Coordinate the scheduling of marketing, service delivery and evaluation of the BFF program.

What you will bring to the role:

  • Demonstrated experience in project management, planning and coordination.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of marketing processes.
  • Experience in delivering training related to family and problematic substance use.
  • High level of interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with an ability to meet deadlines.
  • High level of computer literacy with experience in data collection and preparation of reports.
  • Proven accountability in providing self-directed and flexible work practices whilst organising and managing workloads.
  • Experience in managing staff remotely
