We are on the hunt for a Rehabilitation & Reintegration Manager for a minimum security level facility located in Eastern Victoria. 

You will be responsible for the management of different programs that support prisoners from re-offending and assisting them to reintegrate them back into their local community. 

Responsibilities: 

• Manage and lead the Rehabilitation & Reintegration team
• Provide clinical leadership and expert advice to Senior Management Team, Directors, Stakeholders on issues about your team and programs
• Manage budgets and expenditures
• Develop and maintain community relationships and partnerships
• Manage services rendered by subcontractors 
• Ensure your team receive performance evaluations, training and professional development 
• Ensure policies are adhered too, Quality Assurance, OH&S and EEQ are met
• Comply with other relevant state and federal legislation 

To be successful:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in health services; Psychology, Criminology, Social work or equivalent 
• Previous senior management experience managing allied health professionals
• Desirable (Experience in Health, Social Work, Corrections, Probation and Parole or Prisoner Rehabilitation
• Current working knowledge of Correction Centre Management framework
