Therapy and Health Services CPL's Allied Health teams deliver expert therapy services for children and adults at home, school and in the community. We offer a broad range of Allied Health Services delivered by our occupational therapy, physiotherapy and speech pathology staff from early childhood intervention to supporting clients to transition into the workplace. The CPL team specialises in equipment and communication aids prescription as well as hands on therapy and group programs.
We have an opportunity for an Occupational Therapist to join our community and centre based multidisciplinary Allied Health team at Mount Gravatt on a fixed term contract.
In this rewarding role, you will provide high quality occupational therapy intervention to a wide range of clients. The caseload for this role is a mix of adult and paediatric. You will work closely with families and other team members in order to facilitate opportunities for valued and inclusive lifestyles and enhanced independence. This will also include a portion of functional capacity evaluation and workplace modification assessments.
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
- Registration with AHPRA
- Knowledge and skills in occupational therapy practices required for working with clients with a physical disability
- Ability to work in a team, with great interpersonal skills!
- Hold a current C class driver's licence
