Are you someone with exceptional customer service skills that would love a role that gives back to its community? If you love caring for people, then this is the position for you! A superb role has become vacant for compassionate individuals to join our Patient Services team.

As a Patient Services Assistant your responsibilities will include:

Assist nurses or hospital staff in carrying out patient care duties
Greet all patients/visitors/guests within the hospital with a friendly demeanour and answer enquiries
Going above and beyond with caring for our patients
Comply with site WHS policy, infection control standards and policy and procedures
Assist Supply Manager with stock movement
Provide leave cover for Supply Department when required

Campbelltown Private Hospital is a purpose built private hospital located in Park Central, the ever-growing medical hub of Campbelltown. Our modern facilities include 8 Operating Theatres, 52 Surgical beds, 16 bed Day Surgery Unit and 34 bed Rehabilitation Unit. Essential Criteria:

High level problem solving skills
Excellent Customer Service, organisational and communication skills
Ensure quality service is provided and government regulations are complied with in relation to infection control
Experience with Microsoft Office package
