Nurse Unit Manager, with managerial experience (including clinical staff management, budgetary control and project/change management), required to lead the clinical functions of an operating department in Perth, Western Australia.

This position is permanent full time.

The successful applicant will be a strong leader with a positive and passionate attitude and will have the ability to lead their team through an exciting period of change and growth.   This will include being the commissioning manager of Western Australia's first private Hybrid operating theatre late 2018.
  
Successful applicants will also possess:

• Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) to practice as a Registered Nurse in Australia
• Minimum of 5 years senior nursing experience within a Perioperative unit
• Managerial experience in the operating department 
• Ability to successfully lead and motivate a team
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven ability to work effectively both in a team and autonomously
• Comprehensive computer skills
• Full rights to work in Australia
