Sustain Health Recruitment is rapidly growing and is currently seeking several Dual or Direct Entry Registered Midwives to join great health care services across regional, rural & remote Australia. We have permanent, fixed term and contract options available, with immediate start. 

Our roles offer you the opportunity to work in modern maternity facilitates, build your skills and experience and receive quality support and mentoring as required.

The Role: 

• AMS, Private or Public Health Services roles available 
• Recent birth suite experience is essential
• Postnatal and antenatal experience is essential 
• Community Midwifery experience is desirable 
• You will need to create and implement all specific medical documentation 
• Full time rotating roster shifts- excluding community roles

About You:

• You are passionate and motivated  
• You demonstrate patience and understanding with your patients
• You possess sound clinical skills and knowledge
• Be able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Experience working as a registered midwife is desirable

Requirements:

• Hold full registration with AHPRA as a Nurse and/or Midwife
• Be happy to undertake a full Police Clearance certification and/or WWCC 
• Have the right to live and work in Australia for the duration of your contract
