About Everyday Independence

For over 20 years, Everyday Independence has supported people of all ages living with a disability to improve their independence in everyday life.  We work in interdisciplinary teams to deliver assessment and therapy programs that focus on developing a person's abilities and supporting them to fulfil their potential.  We assist people and families to evaluate what is currently working and not working to help achieve highly personalised meaningful outcomes.

Everyday Independence is innovative and expanding.  We now have over 100 team members, working in 8 teams across NSW and Victoria.  Because of our teams and their great work, we have a high demand for our services and we are currently seeking an experienced allied health professional with experience working in disability to lead our Epping team.

About This Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced therapist that is passionate about leading a team that supports people with a disability to live an everyday life.  We are seeking a person who adopts a strength-based and capacity building approach; who is familiar with embedding therapy into routines; and is experienced in inclusive participatory practice.

With both leadership and therapy responsibilities to this role (to be determined based on applicant's experience and career aspirations) we are seeking a person that is interested in/ has experienced in:
