Final Year Pharmacy Students
Students who have successfully completed the first three years of a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree are invited to apply for the position of Pharmacy Intern with UFS Dispensaries Ltd. located in Ballarat, and the outer suburbs of Melbourne (Bacchus Marsh, Melton and Gisborne). These positions will commence in 2019.
UFS offers excellent conditions for all pharmacists, with a majority of pre-reg / intern pharmacists choosing to continue their career with UFS Pharmacies.
The criteria for selection of the successful candidate will be:
1. Academic record in tertiary studies to date.
2. Demonstrated understanding of, and commitment to working in community pharmacy in a regional area.
3. Understanding of the operations of a Not-for-profit pharmacy.
4. Have the approved visa for right to work in Australia.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Experience working in community pharmacy will be considered highly regarded.
