Sustain Health Recruitment is rapidly growing and is currently seeking a Full Time  Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a great health care service site in Sydney. 

The role offers you the opportunity to work and provide various services in a Private Hospital as well as within a Community setting about 35 mins from Sydney CBD. 

The Role:

• You will have discipline-specific assessments in Occupational Therapy
• Provide services across injury prevention, WHS, injury management and
  rehabilitation
• Work with community and inpatients - may be some post surgical work
• Work with NDIS referrals across the community
• Work with Paediatric and Adult clients

About You:

• Experience working as an OT in community/ward setting, or relevant field is required
• Have experience with wheelchair and equipment prescription
• Have experience with complex and simple home modifications

Requirements:

• Hold full registration with AHPRA
• Be happy to undertake a full Police Clearance certification and/or WWCC 
• Have the right to live and work in Australia
• Must have a full driver's licence and car (expenses can be claimed) 
• Must have own WC Provider Number and Medicare Provider Number 
• Immunisaton record
