Clinical Nurse (Registered Nurse) Aged Care- NFP

Redstone is currently seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse (Registered Nurse) to join a large residential home located in Adelaide CBD. You will overseeing the clinical aspects of the home as well as staff management alongside the Care Manager, Facility Manager and two other Clinical Nurses. 

To be successful in this role you will have previous experience as a Clinical Nurse within Aged Care and comfortable managing a team.  

To be considered for this role, you will have:

• Excellent aged care clinical skills
• Qualified Registered Nurse - Div 1 essential! 
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in ACFI.
• Manage time efficiently.
• Demonstrated knowledge of accreditation standards and understanding of continuous improvement.
• Superior communication skills both written and verbal
• Experience in managing/mentoring care staff and success in managing change
