The Facility :

The Role:
We are specifically seeking a dedicated and passionate RN that understands and has the skills to passionately lead a multidisciplinary health team and its daily environment. To be successful for this role, you must have current APRHA and also have:
• Prior experience in Aged Care Client Management preferred (including ACFI and Accreditation)
• Strong leadership capabilities and the ability to influence people in care teams
• The ability to maintain robust clinical case management systems
• Excellent Computer Skills
• A passion for truly making a difference in the lives of the residents.
