About the business
Project Synergy (2017-20), is administered by InnoWell which is a propriety limited Australian-based company focused on delivering technology-enabled mental health service reform solutions. The research & development team is led by a Chief Scientific Advisor and supported by the Directors of Research and Clinical & Service Implementation. Over a three-year period, Project Synergy aims to further develop technology-enabled solutions through a series of clinical trials and implementation health science studies. This research will be conducted in partnership with a number of key Australian mental health service organisations.
About the role
This is an exciting new role that will contribute to technology-enabled mental health service reform for better outcomes for people with lived mental health experience, their families and supportive others, health professionals and service providers.
It is a full-time position offered initially on a 12-month appointment.
Skills and experience
- Provide research administration and operational support
- Coordinate, support and review research applications and reports pertaining to grants, ethics and governance
- Support and review the development of academic, trade and other publications
- Coordinate, support and review submissions to national and international conferences
- Provide general and financial administrative support to the research and development team
- Data collection, data entry and other research related tasks as needed
- Tertiary qualifications in appropriate discipline, preferably with Honours in Psychology
