The Role
This medical centre has recently lost 2 Dr’s and is now down to 1 part-time Dr.
You will be able to take over a full patient base. You will have the ability to see around 40 patients per day in 15-minute consults. You will work Monday -Friday 9am-6pm, with 1 hour for lunch and 1 weekend per month. VMO is optional
The population is older and a rural community, the role will involve chronic disease management, care plans and Skin. As well as an older population there are also a lot of families in the community

The Organisation
The centre is bulk billing, the only one in the area. You will work alongside a part time GP who is also on RLRP, a nurse and admin team. The Director is very hands-on and owns three centres and can make decisions quickly. They have Pathology, Pharmacy and a Sonographer on site, The National Hearing Centre also operates out of the centre. The practice used medical director software and have Hot Doc recall system
  
The location
The centre is located 50 minutes from Canberra. With an airport in the city, this will allow you to commute to most major cities in Australia. It is also a 3 hours drive from Sydney, meaning you could commute back on your weekends off. The area itself is a rural town, however, there are shops and schools in the town. 

The Criteria

• Minimum of General AHPRA registration 
• Experience in Care Plans
