Our Supply Chain Team is seeking a passionate Clinical Trials Logistics Coordinator. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the import, storage, order management, dispatch and export of all global and local clinical trials within Australia and New Zealand.

You will be the single point of contact for global and local clinical trials colleagues and the subject matter expert for all areas related to clinical trials within the supply chain. You will be accountable for the day to day administration of all matters relating to the supply of clinical trials. Working closely with our 3PL warehouse team and the Roche Quality Department, you will ensure compliance to local and global operating procedures. You will oversee freight vendors to ensure the compliant delivery of temperature controlled clinical trials to sites.

As part of the wider Supply Chain Team you will be at the heart of the Roche business and focused on upholding the strong and well-respected Roche reputation.

Skills and experience:

• Tertiary qualifications.

• Previous experience in clinical trial drug supply.

• Experience in using SAP.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

• Knowledge of Google Docs.

• Advanced administration skills with fluent English, both verbal and written.

• The ability to work autonomously.

• Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem solving skills.

• Outstanding coordination skills with internal and external customer service attributes and the ability to partner with multiple stakeholders.

To be successful in this role you will thrive in a fast paced, complex and diverse environment and have previous experience in clinical supply. You pride yourself on ongoing learning, your strong attention to detail and customer orientated approach. This position will require strong business acumen, the aptitude to deal with multiple stakeholders and clear communication skills.
