What’s on offer?
We are looking for a 3rd -5th Year Registered Nurse, to join the Thomas Holt team. The available position is full-time day shift. The RN will be supported by the Residential Manager and Director of Client Services to ensure the efficient and effective running of the facility.

To be successful in the position you must have:
- 3-5 years' experience as a Registered Nurse
- At least 2 years' experience in the Aged Care Industry
- Current Nurses registration with AHPRA
- Experience with managing and directing a care team
- Experience in completing ACFI assessments
- Proven excellent clinical assessment and decision making skills
- Proven ability to complete comprehensive and accurate nursing assessments for residents
- Experience in reviewing care plans
- Demonstrable skills in managing Residents living with Dementia, Palliative and other complex health care needs.
- Proven ability to quickly adapt to new technologies that will be used to provide exemplary customer service and care for our Residents.
