Programmed Health Professionals is a leading supplier of staffing solutions to healthcare facilities across Australia. We have recently partnered with an aged care facility to fulfil demand within their compliance division.
We are currently seeking an experienced Home Care Package Program Manager to work in our client's head office in South Melbourne.
This individual will be responsible for the management and growth of the Home Care Package (HCP) framework. You will be experienced in creating strategies to maximise funding and expand aged care services across new geographic regions. This is an autonomous role which requires you to use your initiative and ensure HCP revenue is achieved, maintained and grown overtime.
To be successful you will have:
- Extensive experience and knowledge of Home Care Package Program (HCP)
- Expert on optimisation of the HCP framework
- Experience in the management of the Home Care Package assessment
- Exceptional ability to exhibit strategical thinking
