An additional Senior Dental Assistant/Reception role has been created to cope with an expanding family practice.

About us:

Coast Family Dental is a non corporate family owned dental practice. Our core beliefs include providing dental services to the community in an ethical and transparent manner. We believe communication is key. 

Our dentists are not pressurised to meet daily financial targets and believe this is contrary to what being a health care worker is about.

We are not impressed by momentum/prime practice or similar dental courses.

About the role:

The role will require the right applicant to take on several leadership responsibilities within the practice. You will be required to work along side our practice manager and principal dentist to ensure a smooth day to day running of the practice.

You will be expected to step up into a short term, relief practice manager role.

Successful candidate attributes and skills:

The successful applicant will need to be willing to play a large part in the running and success of the practice. This is a multi-skilled role and applicants will need to display the will, determination and character to become a long term member of the team. Other key points:

• Willing to work as part of a team
• Respectful towards existing staff
• High Communication skills
• D4W experience
• Cert 3 not essential, however experience within the industry is a must
• Empathetic nature
• Patient focussed
• Ability to laugh and see joy in work and life!
