Health and Security Assistant Employment Type: Permanent Part Time Position Classification: Health and Security Assistant Remuneration: $52,616.87 Hours Per Week: 20 Location: Wingham Community Hospital Requisition ID: REQ53373 What you'll be doing Responsible for maintaining a high degree of cleanliness, assisting in patient care, dealing with security issues, including patient restraints to support the effective and efficient functioning of the health service. All Category A applicants must read, understand and agree to comply with Policy Directive PD2011_005 Occupational Assessment, Screening and Vaccination against Specified Diseases. Preferred applicants must provide evidence of protection against specified diseases prior to appointment and medical practitioner costs to determine protection is covered by the applicant. Preferred applicants must also participate in a Pre-Employment Health Assessment (PEHA) prior to appointment. Ability to handle aggressive and / or difficult persons.
