We are seeking an experienced Endorsed Enrolled Nurse to join our Home Nursing and Care Team South West Region. To be successful in this role you must be available to work all shifts including night shift.

To be successful within this role you will possess:

Essential

• Diploma of Nursing and a valid Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) registration.
• Advanced clinical skills and commitment to quality care.
• Previous experience as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse.
• Current drivers license and registered vehicle
• Commitment to the philosophy of a person-centered approach to providing care and services.
• Workable knowledge of Accreditation Standards, Aged Care funding and Aged Care legislation.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and time management skills.
• Proven ability to guide, motivate staff and promote a positive work environment.
• Well-developed computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft office suite.

Desirable

• Experience in an Aged Care.
• Experience working with children with a disability.
