About the Role
Our specialised multi-disciplinary team has an opportunity for a qualified, committed and passionate Psychologist to work with children who attend our Sunnybank Hills school campus. This role has primary responsibility for ongoing Teacher support to improve classroom function and student well-being as well as the development and implementation of individual plans and small group work to enhance student's social-emotional development and behavioural regulation. .
This role is being offered on a permanent, full time basis, with the potential for some flexibility with hours during school holidays.

Skills & Experience
- Tertiary qualifications in Psychology and full registration with AHPRA
- Knowledge of psychometric and educational assessment practice and procedures for school aged students
- Demonstrated experience in developing Positive Behaviour Support plans
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with parents, professionals and other stakeholders, both verbally and in writing
- Experience working with children and families living with ASD is highly desirable
