Our client is seeking an experienced administrator to have full responsiblity and autonomy across the clinic's financials.
Based back office, this function will involve everything from invoicing and billings to preparing quotations and updating the database.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join a growing and reputable practice!
Responsibilities include:
- Invoicing & receipting
- Updating Eclipse database
- Proessing payments, cheques, Medicare
- Issuing surgeons invoices promptly
- Preparing quotes
- Deal with patient finance & admin enquiries
- Petty cash reconciliation
- Scanning of all documents
- Reception relief
- And more!
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven medical billings / claims admin experience
- Strong Excel competence
- ECLIPSE / GENIE experience ideal
- Eye for detail!
