Our clinic provides treatments which are safer than traditional surgery, without the need for hospital admission or general anesthetic.
We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager who is looking to grow our business. Your key responsibilities will include managing relationships with staff, reviewing the performance of the business, resolving day to day issues that may arise, and always ensuring that a high level of customer service is being delivered to patients. You will be a lead mentor for the rest of the team and have a passion for customer service, empowering people and being able to liaise with all medical professionals.
About the role
- Supervise all Medical Receptionists and Nurses
- Staff Rostering
- Build strong relationships with the Doctors
- Manage staff performance with KPI’S
- Manage any HR issues
- Complete financial reporting
- Business Development
- Implement new protocols and procedures as required
- Ability to effectively coach, mentor and lead staff
- Be responsible for all the debtors, billing and accounts
Skills and Experience Required
- At least 3 years Managerial experience within Healthcare
- Experience using Best Practice software is desirable
- Professional Presentation and Financial Acumen
- Good understanding of Medicare and Private Billing System
- Ability to effectively coach, mentor and lead staff
- Enthusiastic, motivated and adaptable
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
