The role includes (not limited to):
- Oversee the daily operations
- Staffs management, leadership and support of team
- Experience in HR Practices
- Proficient in Accounts management, Billing and Book keeping
- Ability to lead and grow the Practice
- Ability to engage and motivate the Team
- Ability to work autonomously, self-starter and proactive
- Liaising with community practitioners, Government agencies and suppliers
Skills & experience:
- Previous Medical Practice experience (+5 yrs preferred)
- Bachelor/Master degree
- Strong computer skills
- Experience with Accounting and Book keeping softwares
- Experience with medical billing software and Medicare
- Experience with using Best Practice
- Ability to be flexible and available when required
- Highly developed interpersonal skills and people management
- Confident and positive disposition
