Established in East Melbourne is one of Victoria’s longest standing Anaesthetic groups. The specialists are renowned locally and internationally, priding themselves in the quality of their work. The practice is at the forefront of modern anaesthesia and covers a broad range of specialities.
Joining this group of specialists is a small team of friendly and dedicated staff; some of which have devoted their career for over 20+ years. They are now seeking an additional medical secretary to join their organisation on a premanent basis. You will bring with you a thirst for knowledge, commitment and given the opportunity to grow with the practice.
Working on a roster, 4 days (36 hours per week, 8.00am to 5.00pm)
Responsibilities will be shared and not limited to the following -
- Dealing with patient inquiries
- Quotation of fees for patients
- General computer data entry
- Invoicing of patients and receipting patient accounts
- Accounts rendered
- Debt collection
- Processing of payments
- Banking
Parking is provided onsite for those who prefer to commute by car; however public transport is located close by. Offering a generous package and available for an immediate start.
