About the Department:

Our Sales Team is dedicated to our customers and passionate about making a real difference for our customers. The Surgical Sales team is focused on adding value and supporting the needs of our customers by developing Custom Procedure Packs tailored to the needs of each of our customers.

An exciting opportunity has become available for a driven Territory Manager, Surgical to join our Sales Team in Victoria.

About the Role:

The purpose of this role is to grow the business by providing solutions to HARTMANN customers; building strong relationships with industry professionals and identify new business opportunities within the operating theatre sector.

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, Surgical, you will be responsible for analysing and developing a territory by driving appropriate action plans. Your previous experience in a similar role will help you focus on achieving and exceeding your sales targets and developing strong relationships with our customers. You will excel at meeting customer requirements through servicing the facilities and providing education, solutions and support. As teamwork is the key of your success, you will work closely with the surgical sales team and the business unit as well as the broader organisation.

About You:

You will have a thorough understanding of the sales reports and your analytical skills will aid you during forecast preparation activities. Your problem solving capabilities and ability to think outside the box will help you excel in the industry and take that territory to the next level. Your resilience, persistence and thorough understanding of the long cycle solution selling will be an asset and will lead you to success in your field.
