Centrally located in Bendigo CBD, Oapl (commonly known as Oapl Health & Mobility Centre) is a well-respected Australian company which is the leading independent national provider of Prosthetic and Orthotic products and services to hospitals, allied health and pharmacy markets.
 Our multi-disciplined Bendigo site has 6 local practitioners, technical support and admin/retail staff who are presently at the start significant business change process in structure, systems and service support.

About the role

A newly created role for an exceptionally experienced Practice Manager to join the group to lead, formulate, guide and co-ordinate site best practice. The role of Practice Manager is mutli-faceted, hands on and highly visible within the practice. It forms a key link between staff and practitioners and has the responsibility for ensuring the smooth daily operation of the practice and best support to our clients within our local community.

The position will resonate with a proven allied health Practice Manager with a commitment to delivering results through quality & consistent client centered services, effective and supportive staff leadership , genuine passion to help others, commitment to advance and progress within your own career and aiding others in theirs, coupled with the business acumen to manage a site to enhance outcomes.
