• A small 55+ bed facility
• Brand new home with modern equipment
• $120,000 + superannuation

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Care Manager to join an organisation
that is dynamic and progressive in their approach. 

This modern, 55+ bed home is based in Sydney's West, near Parramatta.  

The Role: 

• Working collaboratively with the Facility Manager to ensure the smooth functioning of the facility on a day to day basis
• Ensure the residents needs are met at all time and an exceptional service is provided at all times
• Liaise with families, residents and staff and build positive relationship
• Effectively manage the ACFI coordination of the facility

About The Requirements:  

• Current registration with AHPRA 
• Knowledge of ACFI, Quality and Accreditation processeses
• A dedicated leader who will help empower the team to achieve new heights
• Strong organizational and  time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
