We have built a strong reputation as being the go to for burnout prevention and treatment since being in business from 2012. Building on our strong referral networks and to meet increasing demand, we are looking to build a next level multi disciplinary approach to our burnout prevention and team. We are looking for:
ROLE 1: Burnout Therapist for private and Medicare mental health work, WorkCover, Employee Assistance Programme and Burnout prevention and treatment of carers and caring professionals. Training provided. Psychologist/Mental Health Social Worker/Mental Health Occupational Therapist.
ROLE 2: Community Mental Health: Adults OR Child and Adolescent work in depression, anxiety and psychological disorders.
ROLE 3: Therapists to work with specialist work in Clergy and Church based organisations in burnout prevention and treatment (training provided)
What you can expect from us:
1. Supportive environment with structure and systems to help you niche you interest area
2. The option to participate in group work, if desired.
3. Clinical Supervision for Psychologists provided for Free, including those undertaking Clinical Endorsement.
4. Team Peer Supervision every 4 to 6 weeks.
5. Professional Development Days every 2 months.

1. Full registration with AHPRA. Essential, please do not apply if you are not registered, or eligible to be registered
2. Eligibility for a Medicare Provider Number.
3. Able to work independently and also within a great team environment.
