- Option of 2 month contract or permanent position
- Small, well equipped and homely ageing in place facility
- Autonomous role at stand alone NFP provider reporting into a Board of Governance
Your future employer:
- Based 3 hours North of Melbourne CBD in the Riverina region
- Stand alone not for profit provider with a good reputation and strong relationship with the community

- 20 bed homely and well equipped ageing in place facility
The exciting opportunity:
- Option of contract OR permanent to suit your circumstances
- ASAP start for contract role with minimum 2 month commitment
- Reporting into a Board of Governance
- Manage a dedicated and skilled multidisciplinary team
- Responsible for standards in line with Aged Care legislative requirements
- Achieve financial targets, maximise occupancy levels and have full profit and loss responsibility
- Drive the optimisation of ACFI
- Review and update policies and procedures in accordance with best practice and continual improvement
- Provide exceptional customer service that meets and exceeds the expectations of residents and their families
What makes you right for the role?
- Must have a proven record of success as an Aged Care Clinical or Facility Manager
- Results driven with strong leadership and organisational skills
- Working knowledge of current legislative requirements relating to the provision of residential aged care services
- Possess a commitment to delivering quality, resident focused care
