BaptistCare Griffith is a proud provider of residential aged care and is seeking talented, experienced nurse’s to lead the clinical care team. You will be an experienced registered nurse with the demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and have a quality and customer centric attitude. You will be able to manage complex care demands by applying your expert clinical knowledge and skills, and well-developed observational and problem solving skills. You are a talented leader who motivates and inspires team through relational leadership. Most of all, you are purpose-driven and believe that You Can make a difference to the lives of those around you.

What we are looking for
To join our talented team you must demonstrate and/ or hold:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse with 5+ years’ post-graduate experience;
- Demonstrated experience working in the Aged Care Industry or acute clinical care;
- Demonstrated computer literacy and highly developed written and verbal skills;
- Demonstrated experience leading and initiating activities to improve clinical service delivery and clinical outcomes;
- Demonstrated knowledge and application of person-centred care;
- Post-graduate qualifications in gerontology, dementia, palliative care or similar would be highly regarded
