We are currently seeking applications for Registered Nurse Division 2 (Endorsed Enrolled Nurses) to join our newly built, 80 bed Werribee facility that is co located within the hospital grounds. Our current vacancy is for 4 shifts per week - Mon & Tue PM shift, Sat & Sun AM shift - 8 shifts per fortnight. Successful applicants will share a genuine desire to care and assist residents with a strong focus on person centred care.
To be successful in your application you will need to demonstrate:
- Prior clinical experience;
- An experience in Autumn care (desirable);
- A Nursing Registration certificate with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency;
- The ability to provide clinical practice and care that is consistent with the mission and philosophy of our organisation;
- Experience in Behaviour Management
- Skills and knowledge required to complete clinical documentation;
- The ability to inspire other staff and exhibit leadership qualities;
- The ability to apply Aged Care Funding Instrument (ACFI) knowledge;
- Excellent time management and bedside skills;
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
