Aged Care Facility Manager/Clinical Manager - Toowoomba area

Do you have significant Clinical Manager experience and looking to take a step up?

Are you an experienced Facility Manager wanting to take over a well-run home?

We are looking for an Aged Care Manager who can oversee the day to day running of this perfectly sized facility in the Toowoomba area. You will oversee all HR, budgets, accreditation standards, staff management and ensuring care is being delivered at the highest quality.

You must be residents focused and have the ability to work alongside your team of staff in order to achieve goals.

Requirements:

• Aged Care Management experience is a must
• FM or significant CM experience
• Ability to lead a team of staff
• Ability to oversee the entire operations of an aged care home
• Good knowledge of ACFI and revenue maximisation
• Understanding of budgets and finances  
• Resident focused approach
