We currently have a position available to work for our dental clinic located in Kalgoorlie on a casual/part-time basis to work 25-30 hours a week including Wednesday nights and Saturdays. As the successful applicant, your role is to apply a set of core duties, a positive attitude and professional energy towards client services for an established fully engaged client-base.

Importantly, you will enjoy working with fun-loving others in a culture that appreciates individuals.

The role:
Exceptional patient care and customer service are essential requirements to succeed in this role. Willingness to carry out all required duties is also an essential requirement for this position.  

To be successful in this role you will have the following attributes:

• Dental Background is preferred but can be provided for the right candidate 
• Previous dental reception/FOC experience an advantage
• Sound working knowledge of current cross-infection control techniques, sterilisation and instrument re-processing and tracking protocols.
• Team player - helpful, willing and empathetic
• Ability to display initiative
• Display high attention to detail
• Show initiative and flexibility
• Willingness to take direction, learn new skills and techniques and contribute back to the team
• Positive and friendly personality
• Outstanding patient communication skills
• Well presented
• Knowledge of D4W software and HICAPS health fund claims an advantage
• Funny and Bubbly personality is essential
