About the Role
We are looking for a passionate professional to undertake contract work in the Tamworth and Newcastle region to work in our redeployment work stream undertaking vocational assessments, case management, provide job skills training programs and provide intensive job seeking, all aimed to return our clients back to suitable employment. You will also be undertaking return to same employer service for psychological services.
About You
We need a self-starter who and has the ability and passion to be accountable for their contribution to assisting our clients return to work. Previous Workplace Rehabilitation experience is necessary. You will have experience in marketing and reverse marketing, a track record of achieving employment outcomes, and possess negotiation and networking skills, as well as a strong outcomes focus and team work ethic.
If you have the necessary qualifications and have not worked in occupational rehabilitation previously, we would be happy to discuss your experience and The Recovre Group with you.
Essential Criteria:
- Full membership with RCAA (Rehabilitation Counselling Association of Australia) or ASORC (Australian Society of Rehabilitation Counsellors) or AHPRA
- Provisional Psychologists will be considered
- Proven experience in conducting Vocational Assessments.
