The Position

• Building strong client relationships and working with third party stakeholders.
• Managing a team of case managers, community staff and RN's
• Hiring, Supporting, coaching and performance managing Care Team Leaders and Carers.
• Assisting with and identifying new business opportunities
• Being the face of the organisation within the region

The Requirements

• RN Registration (AHPRA) 
• Demonstrated experience in Home Care/Community services (aged care).
• Previous experience leading & managing staff
• A current Australian Drivers Licence
• Superior interpersonal & communication skills
• Excellent time management and computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively problem solve
• Permanent residency here in Australia
• Valid Australian Police Check
