What you will be doing
The Network Manager will review health service delivery reform initiatives, working collaboratively with NSW Hospitals and Local Health Districts to formulate strategies to achieve a reduction in inappropriate clinical variation in order to improve the quality of health care service delivery across the state. This role will undertake all aspects of project management including development, implementation and evaluation of new innovative Models of Care.
Additionally, the position will provide high level advice to the ACI Executive and key stakeholders on the development and implementation of health service delivery improvement projects that relate to the ACI Clinical Networks.

Selection criteria
-
Tertiary qualifications or equivalent and/or demonstrated health management experience. Knowledge of the management and issues related to Spinal Cord Injury would be an advantage.

Demonstrated experience in project management and the implementation of local and statewide projects, frameworks and/or initiatives
-
Capacity to engender enthusiasm, work cooperatively and effectively with managers and clinicians across various partner areas such as Hospitals, LHD's, Community and Primary care.
